Chair, cocoa... what's the latest project? Did I knit from my stash?... or slip and buy some yarn?
Sunday, June 13, 2004
It's been a month. The "boy who cried wolf" sweater is done (well, except for the neckline..) I've finished several squares for the Usenet textiles group.
Also on my needles, various baby booties.. Three woman at work are almost grandmothers.. I'm also working on booties for my step-sister, and a second time mother at work.
I want to learn to post pix.
My latest obsession is Roller Coaster Tycoon. That's a Middle School game... according to my 16 year old...I'm having fun w/ it.
I'm considering making catnip mice for the nearby cat rescue place. I've already made some blankets for them..
A dear friend was recently at a yarn store up north, and bought me yarn and a pair of Crystal Palace bamboo needles... very nice... Recently I ebayed some Balene needles.. haven't used them yet... might... not sure.
So much yarn... so little time.
